While this incident was happening, a vehicle passed an unmarked police cruiser at a high-rate of speed and driving erratically on Cincinnati Avenue. The unmarked cruiser with two officers in it followed the vehicle, and while the officers were following the vehicle another car came up behind them and fired shots at the unmarked car.
