DAYTON —

About 200 Dayton Power and Light customers lost their power after an accident at Hoover Avenue and Miller Avenue early Sunday morning.

Police said the woman was westbound on Hoover Avenue when she went off the road and hit a power pole. The impact knocked the pole in half and it came to rest on some RTA wires.

The woman suffered non-life-threatening injuries, and was taken to Good Samaritan Hospital.

Police believed alcohol was a factor in the accident.
