Authorities Release More Information On Raid In Kettering

Authorities released new information Wednesday about a drug raid in Kettering.

Officials including members of the FBI searched two homes Tuesday, one on Donson Drive, the other on Hamlet Drive.

They said they found more than $1 million in cash and over $1 million worth of heroin.

They said it was the largest heroin raid ever in the Dayton area.

The said they were working on the case for the last six months and the investigation is continuing.

They said the case is linked to a major cocaine raid out of Beavercreek last month.

Seven people has now been charged and authorities said five of the seven are illegal immigrants from Mexico.

Authorities said bail could be set as high as $50 million for each suspect.
