NEW BREMEN, Ohio —

On Thursday afternoon, New Bremen Mayor, Jeff Pape joined Mark Flock, President & CEO of Brookside Laboratories, Tom Menke, Chairman of the Board of Brookside Laboratories, and Martin Given, President of Ferguson Construction to celebrate the groundbreaking of a 37,500 square foot facility.

"The Village of New Bremen is very excited to have an established and growing company like Brookside Laboratory take roots in New Bremen. Their standing as a consulting leader for environmental, agricultural and sports turf clients will bring even more world presence to our Village. We look forward to helping them keep their 61 year history going for years to come", said Mayor Pape.

The facility will be constructed on a 6 acre site with an expected completion by December 2012. The project represents an investment of $2.4 million and will result in 35 new jobs in New Bremen.
“Brookside Laboratories provides a good diversity of business for the New Bremen area”, said Angela Hamberg, Economic Development Director, Village of New Bremen.

New Bremen was selected as the site based on a variety of factors: an available, utility-ready site in the industrial park, New Bremen’s business climate and overall ‘History of Quality’.
Brookside Laboratories, Inc. and its association of independent consultants stands at the leading edge of technology for high-quality, cost effective and accurate analytical and consulting services to agricultural, environmental, and sports turf clients throughout the world.
