Butler Twp. Man Gets 3 Years For Operating Meth Lab

BUTLER TOWNSHIP, Ohio —

A Butler Township man is going to prison for operating a meth lab out of his home.

Phillip Perkins was arrested after police searched his home on Maxton Road in October and said they found materials to make meth inside.

Police said Perkins operated the meth lab with a day care just feet from his home.

Perkins received three years in prison.
