Car flips, semi jack-knifes in crash

Authorities said no one was injured in a rollover crash that happened this morning at the intersection of Ohio 49 and U.S. 40 on snow-covered roads.

Around 9 a.m., a man driving north on Ohio 49 hit a a patch of snow and went into a ditch on the right side of the road, according to those at the scene. The vehicle then flipped, landing on its top.

As the driver to crawling out of the vehicle and calling for help, a semi tractor-trailer jack-knifed as the driver attempted to brake.

The semi is blocking the road, and crews are waiting on a wrecker to swing the cab around.

The semi was not damaged.
