Celina Man Jailed Following Miami Co. Crash

MIAMI COUNTY, Ohio —

Alcohol and excessive speed were contributing factors in a crash Friday night along northbound Interstate 75 near Tipp City, according to Sgt. Paul Weber of the Piqua Patrol Post.

Weber said a vehicle driven by Wesley Harrison, 27, of Celina, reportedly made a quick lane change and crashed into the rear of the semitrailer.

Harrison was booked into the Miami County jail in Troy on charges of drunken driving and failure to control his vehicle.

The crash scene was just north of the Montgomery County line in Miami County. The accident was reported at 8:30 p.m. Friday.

"There were no injuries," said Weber.
