GREENE COUNTY, Ohio —

Greene County Prosecutors say they have identified a suspect in the cold case murder of Timothy Harris.

His body was found in his Yellow Springs home in 2004.

On Friday, prosecutors charged Philip Cordell, 48, with Harris' murder.

Cordell is currently serving time in prison for burglary, and was scheduled to be released on Saturday.

Now, Cordell will stay behind bars and will be arraigned on the new murder charge Monday.

Police say Cordell lived in Yellow Springs at the time of the murder.
