COLUMBUS, Ohi —
Attorney General Jim Petro said the coin dealer at the heart of the scandal, used state money to buy a Lake Erie home.
Petro said the man behind the failed coin deal, Thomas Noe, moved $240,000 in state money to a business account and then to a personal account.
Petro also alleged that Noe forged a check for $110,00 in state money to help pay off a $43,000 landscaping bill.
The attorney general is suing Noe in court, seeking $10 to $13 million.
