GREENVILLE, Ohio —

A 10-year-old boy accused of setting a fire that killed five people in Greenville will be in court on Monday.

On Friday, Juvenile Court Judge Michael McClurg ruled to allow a television camera into the arraignment on Monday. However, the ruling comes with a number of restrictions, including barring the news media from shooting video of the suspect and using the child’s name.

The judge also issued a gag order prohibiting either side from talking about the case.

Attorneys from children services and a guardian for the boy argued to have the media barred from the hearings.
