Deer possibly blamed for Clark Co. crash

ENON, Ohio —

Two deer reportedly ran out in front of a man driving on West Jackson Road near Enon, causing the man to swerve and roll his vehicle early Wednesday morning, according to reports.

The man told troopers he was driving west on W. Jackson around 1 a.m. and lost control around a sharp curve, after reportedly trying to dodge the animals. After losing control, the man drove his vehicle up a guard wire on a utility pole and rolled the vehicle onto its top.

Troopers said the man was not injured in the crash and the investigation is being handled by the Springfield post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
