HARRISON TWP., Montgomery Co. —

A man is fighting for his life, while a second man is recovering, after a double shooting at the Northland Village Apartments early Saturday morning.

Deputies responded to the 1988 Gant Drive at 1:17 a.m. after a man was shot in the arm. Upon arrival, deputies discovered a second shooting victim in the 5100 block of Embassy Drive. The victim located on Embassy was a 20-year-old man and he was transported to Miami Valley Hospital with life-threatening injuries.

The 19-year-old victim found on Gant suffered a gunshot wound to the arm. He is expected to recovery from his injuries, according to deputies.

It’s unclear at this point what the motive in the shooting was. Anyone with any information on this case is asked to contact the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office at 225-4357.
