Email Death Threats In Connersville, Indiana

CONNERSVILLE, INDIANA —

Police in Connersville, Indiana said they have received complaints about threatening emails.

The email claimed to be from a paid assassin. It said the email recipient would be killed unless they paid 15-thousand dollars.

Indiana State Police said this is an internet scam and you should not send the money or give out any personal banking information.

Police also said that if you get an email threat that you believe is real - contact them.
