Employees caught selling alcohol to minors

CLARK COUNTY —

Employees from two Clark County businesses were issued a summons for underage alcohol sales to a minor after a random alcohol compliance check.

On Thursday, the sheriff’s office conducted the check at six businesses in Bethel Twp. that have alcohol permits, according to a release. Two were found to be non-compliant, including Richie’s Sunoco at 10845 Lower Valley Pike and the 235 Drive Thru at 2524 South Dayton-Lakeview Road.

The responsible employees face a maximum penalty of six months in jail or $1,000 fine.
