It started in the area of Fort Loramie and Minster when a trailer loaded with hay that caught on fire in the area of State Route 119 and Luthman Road.

Minutes later came the report of an accidental shooting on Cardo Road near Newport. A firearm jammed and when the person holding the gun turned, it discharged, striking another individual in the area of his arm and chest.

Then came the report of an injury crash at the intersection of State Routes 119 and 29 in the village of McCartyville. Two people were taken to the hospital with injuries.

This all occurred within a period of 15 minutes.
