WSU issues alert after woman robbed

At 3:30 a.m. this morning, Feb. 9, an armed robbery occurred at the Cimarron Woods apartments off-campus near Wright State University in Fairborn.

The female victim told police three people entered her apartment, displayed a chrome-colored handgun, and stole undisclosed property. The suspects fled, police said.

The victim sustained minor injuries during a physical altercation with the suspects, according to a release. She was treated at the scene.

The victim told police she knew the suspects and was able to provide some identifying information.

The suspects and victim are believed to be Wright State students. Three suspects have been detained and are being questions be police, according to reports.
