CLARK COUNTY —

A Clark County man is being treated at Miami Valley Hospital after being shot Friday night at 10744 Haddix Road.

Sheriff’s Lt. Christopher Clark said that two men were fighting outside when the suspect pulled a gun and shot the victim in the stomach.

Deputies did not find the victim when they arrived, but learned later that he and his three children were in a house on Miami Avenue in Fairborn. Medics took the victim, Ricky Delawder, to the hospital. His condition was not available Saturday morning.

Clark said that the fight began as a neighbor dispute. He said deputies are looking for Willie Russell, 23, address at large. He was last seen leaving the area in a Pontiac Bonneville, which was found later in Fairborn. He faces charges of felonious assault and discharging a firearm into a habitation.

Deputies also want to find the gun used in the shooting.
