MIAMI COUNTY, Ohio —

A Fletcher area owner of a trucking company is going back to prison, this time of 34 months, for the same reason he was sent to prison back in 2004.

Clifford Polhamus, Jr., 60, was handed that sentence Thursday afternoon by Judge Christopher Gee in Miami County Common Pleas Court in Troy.

Last month Judge Gee found Polhamus guilty to two counts of receiving stolen property following a trial without a jury.

Polhamus had nothing to say when given the opportunity to speak in court.
