By Steve.Baker@CMGOhio.com

Northern Bureau Chief

MC CARTYVILLE, Ohio —

The maintenance man, Clarence Watercutter, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in McCartyville was using a shovel to break apart piles of snow at the edge of the church parking lot  Tuesday afternoon.

He is attempting to take advantage of the warm temperatures to get rid of the old snow.

In case you are saying "where is McCartyville?" It is located at the intersection of State Routes 29 and 119 in Shelby County, midway between the villages of Anna and Minster.

Mark your calendar of Saturday, March 17, 2012. Residents sponsor a St. Patrick's Day parade in that community starting at 1:00. Don't be late, you will miss the parade.
