SPRINGFIELD, Ohio —
The Education Center entrance is located along Burnett Road between the main hospital and the Springfield Regional School of Nursing. Parking will be conveniently located outside the Education Center entrance.
The health fair will provide information on a wide range of topics, including diabetes, breast health, nutrition, wound care, sleep disorders, hospice, physical therapy, smoking cessation, senior health and advanced directives.
Free health screenings include blood pressure, glucose, vision, hearing, balance and flexibility, osteoporosis and much more. Screenings will be available on-site on a first-come, first-served basis.
