Irate Customer Allegdly Assualts Two Resturant Workers

DAYTON, Ohio —

An irate customer allegedly assualted two downtown Dayton restaurant workers.

The assualt happened Friday at the Cold Beer and Cheeseburgers Restaurant on South Jefferson Street.

Dayton police said they caught up with a man matching the suspect's description and found he had a loaded gun.

Police said the employees suffered only minor injuries.

Officials said they were investigating another alleged crime at a downtown Dayton business that occurred 40 minutes after the incident at the restaurant.

Police were not saying if the two incidents are related, but they were looking into it.
