Kettering Man Pleads Not Guilty To Child Porn

A Kettering man accused of having child pornography on his computer appeared before a judge on Thursday.

Jeffrey Malloch, 44, pleaded not guilty to six counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity oriented material.

Police said the case started when Malloch was accused of driving to Franklin County to meet a 14-year-old girl for sex. The girl was actually an undercover detective.

Those charges were evetually dropped, but police confiscated Malloch's computer and said they found sexual images of children.

Malloch is in jail on $25,000 bond.
