Kroger Announces New Marketplace Location In Centerville

The Cincinnati/Dayton Division of The Kroger Co. today announced plans to open a Marketplace store in Centerville.

The store will be located on South Main Street in the Centerville Place Shopping Center and will include a fuel center.

The Centerville Marketplace store will be the largest one in the Cincinnati/Dayton division at 135,000 square feet.

“We are very excited to make this announcement,” said Geoff Covert, Kroger Cincinnati/Dayton Division President. “The community has been asking for a larger store for quite some time, there has even been a petition on Facebook for a Marketplace in Centerville!”

The store’s opening will bring more than 200 jobs to the area. Kroger has a 2011 opening planned.
