14 from party with alcohol, juveniles charged

CENTERVILLE —

Centerville police charged four juveniles and 10 adults after a Saturday night party on New England Avenue where alcohol allegedly was served. 

According to a police report, a 21-year-old Centerville man has been charged with a keg law violation.

Charged with underage alcohol consumption were four 18-year-old and one juvenile from Dayton, four adults and a juvenile from Kettering, a 19-year-old Waynesville man, a 17-year-old from Centerville and a 16-year-old from Oakwood.

The parents of all the juveniles involved were contacted and all those charged have been ordered to court.

It is unknown which individuals if any lived at the house where the party was held or if there were any parents present during the party. No charges have been filed against any adults for providing alcohol to the underage individuals.
