7 dogs saved from Moraine house fire

Firefighters removed several dogs from a house hit by fire Tuesday afternoon.

MORAINE, Ohio —

Firefighters in Moraine said they safely removed seven dogs from a house that was damaged by fire Tuesday afternoon.

A small fire was reported in a home in the 2700 block of Kreitzer Road at about 12:40 p.m.  Fire officials said a faulty air conditioner filled part of the home with smoke, but no flame damage was spotted.

Firefighters removed the family's seven dogs from the home uninjured.  No one was injured during the fire.
