Christmas With A Cause

BELLBROOK, Ohio —

The leadership of Hope Church located at 5980 Wilmington Pike in Bellbrook felt the need to do more after the recent passing of three Bellbrook High School students says Sheri Sword, a member of Hope Church who assisted with the event.

A scholarship program has been developed to impact the future of a 2013 Bellbrook High School graduate. It will be awarded to a graduate that plans to give back to the community through their career, such as a minister, missionary or teacher.

News Center 7 learned that Hope Church hosted its first annual Christmas With A Cause at Bellbrook High School Sunday morning with over 300 people. Planning had begun months ago for the free event and featured musicians, programs and a message about The Challenges We Face When Things Don’t Turn Out Like We Expect.

Donations were taken for the scholarship program at today’s event and will continue to be accepted now through Christmas Eve.
