Obama, Romney to rally Monday in Columbus

Both presidential candidates will make last minute campaign appearances in Columbus on Monday.

Gov. Mitt Romney and President Barack Obama will both be holding rallies featuring big name musical acts in Ohio’s capital on the day before the election, their campaigns announced Thursday.

Mitt Romney will be joined at Landmark Aviation by The Marshall Tucker Band.

The President will hold a rally featuring performances by Bruce Springsteen and Jay Z. The details of that event have not been released.

Doors will open for Romney’s event at Port Columbus International Airport, 4130 E. 5th Ave. at 4 p.m. The event is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m.

Tickets may be picked up at Romney’s Columbus Headquarters, 1335 Dublin Rd.
