FRANKLIN, Ohio —

A Dayton man police describe as armed and dangerous is wanted for drug dealing.

An investigation into complaints of drug activity revealed that Jeffery Guy Jr., 23, sold heroin in the area of the Franklin Commons Apartment Complex on Monday night, Franklin police said Wednesday.

Police said Guy bailed out of his car and fled on foot while still in the complex. Two passengers also fled on foot. One of them, a male, was apprehended and released without charge.

Guy was released from the Noble Correctional Institute in November 2011 after serving four years for involuntary manslaughter. Police believe he may be armed and is considered dangerous.

Police Chief Russ Whitman said Guy was involved in a drug case in December, but was not charged.

Police are asking anyone with information on Guy’s whereabouts or his second passenger to contact their local police department or Franklin police at (937) 746-2882.
