Police in Dayton said the Chase Bank inside the Kettering Tower was robbed on Thursday morning, and now they are looking for the person responsible.

Little information is available about the suspect, who can be seen in surveillance footage was wearing a dark hooded jacket. Once witness told NewsCenter 7 that the suspect was between 5 feet 6 and 5 feet 7 inches tall and had a tear drop tattoo on his cheek and another tattoo on the other side of his face.

Witnesses reported seeing the teller give the man cash and then the suspect ran down the escalator.

The bank was closed Thursday morning as police interviewed witnesses.

This is the second downtown bank robbery in less than a week. On Friday, the Code Credit Union on West Monument Avenue was robbed by a man wearing a gray suit, a wig, and carrying a white purse.
