DAYTON —

Working on a tip about drug activity, Dayton Police narcotics officers served a search warrant at a Grafton Avenue home Monday evening and arrested one man.

Andre Green, 37, was arrested for drug possession following an undercover investigation that revealed drug sales being made from the residence.

Officers found Green inside 448 Grafton Ave with a Rottweiller when they served a search warrant at about 4:40 p.m.

According to a Dayton Police incident report, they also found a box under the couch with 3.2 grams of crack cocaine, some cash and a scale inside.

Green only shrugged when questioned by officers then said, “You found crack. It’s my house,” according to the report.

Green was convicted of trafficking in marijuana in 2002.
