MIAMISBURG, Ohio —
A Miamisburg family is asking for the death penalty for two men accused of killing a local woman.
On Wednesday, the court entered not guilty pleas for Joshua Sellers and Jamie Shaffer.
Officers said they believe that the two killed 20-year-old Lisa Spinks and then placed her body on train tracks to cover it up.
Greg Kilpatrick said, "I can't believe someone would do something to harm her, she's innocent, she's a little angel and they took her from us."
Teresa Kilpatrick said, "I'd like to be the one to put the needle in each one of their arms."
Sellers and Shaffer are being held in the Montgomery County Jail on $1 million bonds each.
