MIAMI VALLEY —

Partly sunny, breezy and much colder Sunday with highs in the upper 20s. Winds between 15-25mph, gust near 35mph result in wind chills in the teens.

Mostly cloudy Monday a few flurries and breezy. Temperatures will be in the mid to upper teens through the day and wind chills in the single digits.

Tuesday will by far be the coldest day this week, and so far this year. The morning low is fore-casted to be 4 degrees with a wind chill around -15 degrees. High Tuesday of 13 degrees and the wind chill at or just below zero.

The weather pattern should stay fairly dry through this cold spell, only producing a few flurries at times. Temperatures will slowly start to warm back up for Wednesday and Thursday, but still below average with highs in the 20s. The next chance for real precipitation doesn’t arrive until late Thursday into Friday in the form of a rain/snow mix.
