HUBER HEIGHTS —
Police are asking the public for help in developing information that leads to the arrest and/or conviction of the person responsible for a recent robbery of a Speedway service station on Chambersburg Road near Brandt Pike.
The suspect, described by police as a man dressed in a black fleece type top with a white logo on the back of the neck, blue jeans and white tennis shoes, walked into the business at 6385 Chambersburg Road at about 2:30 a.m. on Sept. 28 and demanded that the clerk open the cash register.
The man, whose face and head was covered, grabbed an undetermined amount of cash from the register and fled, Huber Heights police said Monday.
No weapon was displayed and no one was injured, police said.
Anyone who might have seen the incident or has information about the incident is asked to contact the police department’s detective’s section at (937) 237-3593.
