Kettering Walgreens target of second burglary

KETTERING, Ohio —

Police in Kettering said the Walgreen's store at 4497 Far Hills Avenue was burglarized for the second time in the last five days early Monday morning.

Officers said the first burglary happened last Thursday.

During Monday's burglary, police said the suspect broke a window to gain entry into the store and was out in a matter of seconds.

The suspect was described as a man wearing a hoodie and white gloves. At this time, it is unknown what items were taken from the store.

On Thursday, a burglar broke the front door glass and stole three packs of cigarettes, according to police.

At this time, it is unknown if the two robberies are connected.
