DAYTON —

A 49-year-old man described by Dayton police as a “major nuisance” was arrested Friday morning after he allegedly returned to an ice cream shop that he publicly urinated in just a day before.

Victor Lee Webster was listed as an inmate in the Montgomery County Jail Friday afternoon, where he was booked earlier that day on suspicion of misdemeanor menacing and two counts of criminal trespassing.

According to a Dayton police report, police were called to Cold Stone Creamery, located on the 100 block of Jasper Street, around 11 a.m. Friday because Webster would not stay away from the store after a manager asked him to do so.

Webster reportedly was at the store Wednesday and urinated on the floor and ice cream case.

The manager chose to press charges when he returned Friday, according to the report.
