Man indicted, accused of shaking 1-year-old girl

A man accused of shaking a 1-year-old girl was indicted in Union County, Ohio

The girl's grandmother told News Center 7 that Maleigha Waymire has been bleeding behind her eyes, has bruising in her neck and back and has a swollen brain.

Leo Wright, 27, of Milford Center, first claimed that the girl fell out of bed, but later confessed to shaking her, when she would not stop crying, authorities said.
