DAYTON, Ohio —
A man reported to Dayton police he was robbed at gunpoint in his home Tuesday morning.
The victim called 9-1-1 shortly before 7 a.m. today. He told police when he arrived at his home in the 3400 block of Kings Highway, a man put a gun to his head and told him to get inside the house. Two other men proceeded to raid the home, taking a jar of change and a 55” flat-screen television.
Police observed a DVD player hanging from wires near where the victim said the telvision had been. A fan was also knocked down nearby.
The victim said he believes the three suspects were in a large Sport Utility Vehicle but he did not get a good look at the vehicle or their faces. When he called for help, he told dispatchers it was the third time he has been robbed.
An investigation is ongoing.
