Miami Co. health care nurse accused of overbilling Medicaid
MIAMI COUNTY, Ohio —
A Miami County home health care nurse is accused of overbilling Medicaid nearly $70,000.
James Delver is accused of charging Medicaid for more hours than is allowed under a car plan.
State officials said an audit found nearly $68,000 in improper payments to Delver.
With interest, officials said Delver owes the state more than $82,000.
