OAKWOOD, Ohio —
Police in Oakwood said they are investigating the robbery of the Huntington Bank that happened Friday morning.
According to police, a man wearing a Scream movie mask and dressed in all black walked into the bank around 9:30 a.m. Officers said the man did not display a weapon and got away with an unknown amount of cash.
Agents from the FBI will be leading the investigation, police said.
Police were not aware of the last time the bank was robbed, and said people struggling in the bad economy see bank robberies as a way to get easy money. The FBI and local police have a high success rate in solving such crimes, police said.
News Center 7 has a crew on the scene and will provide more information when it becomes available.
