I-75 traffic slow for hours after semi crashes, leaks fuel

DAYTON —

A semi-tractor trailer jack-knifed after crashing on Interstate 75 Northbound near Main Street around 10:15 a.m. today.

The semi hit a retaining wall. A hazardous materials crew was called around 10:22 a.m. as crews on the scene reported about 100 gallons of fuel leaked from the semi.

As of 1 p.m. traffic remained slow from Main Street south through Moraine as the scene was cleared up.

Police have not said if anyone was injured or what led to the crash.
