Sign work to close I-75 lane Friday night

MORAINE —

The installation of an overhead sign on Friday will mean a lane closure on Interstate 75 north in the area between State Route 725 and Dryden Road beginning at 8 p.m., according to the Ohio Department of Transportation District 7.

The affected lane is scheduled to reopen to motorists by midnight.

Two lanes of traffic will remain open to northbound motorists at all times, according to ODOT.

Arrow boards and signs will be in place prior to the work zone to alert motorists of the closure and law enforcement will be on hand to monitor traffic flow.

Motorists should remain alert, slow down and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone. All work is weather permitting, according to ODOT.
