A man who wraps a white T-shirt around his face and commits lewd sexual acts in front of local residents has been sighted again — this time on the 300 block of Brooklyn Avenue.

According to a police report obtained Wednesday, officers were called to Brooklyn and met with a 41-year-old woman who said she was sitting on her porch drinking iced tea when the man called for her attention. He then proceeded on to the lewd behavior.

The woman said, according to police, that he had a white T-shirt wrapped around his head and was wearing purple shorts.

She immediately called 911 and a K-9 unit responded to the area. The man, who walked away from the scene as the woman was calling authorities, could not be located.

There have been many reports over the past several months from Dayton residents who say they were in the presence of a man committing the lewd sexual acts with a white T-shirt wrapped around his head.

Such sightings of the “White T-Shirt Flasher,” as he’s become known, have been recorded on May 17, May 28, June 4 and July 10.

Special victims unit detectives continue to investigate the sightings.
