Trooper investigate rollover accident

PREBLE COUNTY —

Two people were injured Saturday morning after an accident at State Route 122 and Lantis-Geeting Road.

OSP Sgt. Jeff Kramer said that Carolyn Wells was driving a Ford F-250 pick-up truck with two other passengers when she went through a stop sign at the intersection. Kramer said her truck overturned.

Kramer said Wells and a passenger, Cary Chrisman, 26, of Trenton, were trapped. Chrisman’s seven-year-old son, Landon, was able to crawl out through a rear window and was not hurt.

Both women were trapped for an hour or more. Both were taken by Careflight to Miami Valley Hospital.

Wells and Chrisman were treated and released.

Sgt. Kramer said investigators believe there was a problem with the truck brakes.
