DAYTON, Ohio —

Two people are being treated at Miami Valley Hospital after two separate crashes late Friday night.

The suspect vehicle then sped off, and got off at the Steve Whalen Boulevard-Keowee Street exit.

West said the driver sped through the exit, ran a stop sign, and hit a van which was northbound on Keowee Street.  The van flipped on its side while the vehicle continued on and struck a tree.

The suspect driver is in serious condition with non-life-threatening injuries.  There is no word on the condition of the other victim.

West said that the suspect driver appeared to be intoxicated. He also said that the driver of the van may have also been intoxicated.
