DAYTON —

Two men were arrested on suspicion of breaking and entering and possession of criminal tools Wednesday morning. Police officers found them hiding inside a vacant house on South Gettysburg Avenue after a brief foot chase.

The men were seen by a neighbor breaking into a house on Ernroe Drive, according to the report. When police responded, an officer chased them to the vacant house on Gettysburg where a door appeared to have been kicked in. Inside that house, officers found the suspects and several lengths of cut copper pipe.

Bradley Lyninger, 36, and Nicholas Sieron, 32, are both being held in the Montgomery County Jail.
