Police arrested two people and confiscated drugs, cash and a weapon while serving a search warrant on Delaware Avenue Monday evening.

Julian Heisle, 23, was arrested pending a charge of drug possession. Stacia Satterwhite, 26, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Police got a tip about drug activity at 245 Delaware Avenue and conducted an undercover operation which determined drugs were being sold out of the house.

Armed with a search warrant, Dayton narcotics officers went into house Monday evening. They found Satterwhite sitting in the living room and heard loud noises upstairs, according to a Dayton Police incident report.

Three men were upstairs. Heisle and one other man were found running out of a bedroom and secured. One man was found trying to climb out of a window.

Recovered were several grams of crack cocaine, a handgun, a bag of marijuana, a bag of bullets, and some cash.

No charges against the other males in the house were listed in the report, but all were nuisance abated from the property.
