Victim vague on who shot him twice

DAYTON —

A man who was shot twice in the leg Tuesday evening was only able to tell police that someone was, “out to get him.”

Jerry Fuller, 32, was found lying near the corner of Richmond and Neal avenues at about 6:45 p.m. He was taken to Miami Valley Hospital by medics and treated for two gunshot wounds to his right leg.

He did not provide police with any description of who shot him, according to a Dayton Police report. Fuller’s listed address is on Kenwood Avenue near Richmond, several blocks from where he was shot.

One potential witness told police she saw the shooting and described the suspect as a man in his 20s or 30s wearing a white jacket. She said the individual fled in a white sedan.

Anyone with information about this shooting should call Dayton Police at (937) 333-COPS.
