Water boil advisory for Wright State ends

FAIRBORN —

The boil advisory for Wright State University was lifted Tuesday afternoon, ending the restriction for water consumption or use on the main campus.

A low water level in the campus’ water tower prompted the advisory, which began Sunday.

Twenty-seven of WSU’s 28 residence halls receive their water supply from the City of Fairborn’s system and were unaffected by the advisory, said Seth Bauguess, WSU spokesman.

During the advisory, the university supplied clean drinking water to residents of Hamilton Hall, the one hall affected by the advisory.
