DAYTON, Ohio —
Danny Humphrey continues to maintain his innocence even though he was sentenced.
Humphrey was arrested in connection with several incidents in February after he was accused of exposing himself to young children. He was found guilty of the crimes in May, but continues to say that police have the wrong man.
Despite his claim of innocence, Humphrey was sentenced to 10 months in jail, which is the maximum sentence that he could receive.
He has already served about 120 days and will be credited for that time.
In May, he was found guilty of four counts of public indecency. Police said several children picked his photo out of a photo spread in connection with several flashing incidents in February.
Humphrey’s attorney said his client plans to appeal. He said Humphrey is convinced that this is a case of mistaken identity.
