Man Arraigned On Murder, Arson Charges

DAYTON, Ohio —

A man accused of intentionally setting a local restaurant on fire appeared in court on Tuesday for his arraignment.

James Williams appeared in court to face murder, arson and other charges.

Police said Williams, 27, intentionally set fire to Club Ivy, which is located in the 3500 block of North Main Street in Trotwood.

Robert Fabia, 50, died in the fire.
